MCP server
Use CaseScribe VA Law Explorer in your AI assistant
Connect Claude or any assistant that supports MCP (a standard way for AI apps to use outside data). Your assistant can then answer with the same Board of Veterans' Appeals statistics, rating tables and M21-1 / 38 CFR changes as this site, and link to the pages behind each number. It is free with a VA Law Explorer account.

Terms for AI connections
- For research only. CaseScribe AI is not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. Verify figures against the source decisions and regulations.
- Board decisions are appeals, not VA's first decisions. Rates describe past appeals and do not predict any claim. Decision data is extracted by AI and can contain errors.
- Up to 300 tool calls per account per day (UTC). Do not share your connection or use it to copy the data in bulk.
- We count tool calls per account and day. We do not store your questions or the answers.
- When you publish a figure, cite “CaseScribe VA Law Explorer” with the page link.
- You can disconnect at any time in your assistant. We may change or stop this service.
- Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.
